When do you know enough?

Miami Web Design is constantly researching to see what’s new in the business, and we’re constantly seeking more information about the industry. While we do our research, you also have to be doing your own homework. Many customers ask us when, and if, they have enough data?” There isn’t an exact answer to that because you should always be learning new things about your business, but there can be an information excess, and in that case you are no longer proactive, but counteractive.

If you find yourself wondering if you have too much data, chances are that you do have too much. When you’ve reached information saturation you can always find more inspiration from talking to your customers, developing prototypes and sharing them with your customers, and filling in the gaps in the leadership team.

If you want to gauge how effective your research is you need to compare your pre-launching expectations with your last products and the actual profit and performance in the market. By comparing what you thought and expected with what truly happened you can decide whether you are researching effectively.

Please keep in mind to not confuse a lot of information with valuable information. Instead of looking for quantity, look for quality; and obtain information that will actually help you improve your product and sell your name. Stop sitting on the back burner and be productive, use the information you have and put it to good use.
